Combined, they’re 19,222 pages
For an average of 447 pages each book, with the highest at 1215 (War and Peace) and the lowest at 69 (poetry collection by Jeremy Dodds).
I’m going to finish these before I buy another book.

topherchris: One week ago, a school board in Missouri voted 4-0 to ban two books, one of them Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse-Five. The vote came in response to a complaint lodged by a resident who homeschools his children.
This is one of the most depressing things I’ve heard from the lit world in a while. I can’t get over it.
